Trader Joe's Vegan and Gluten-Free Marshmallows!
Look how big and airy they are!
The marshmallows are so light, fluffy, and have a subtle vanilla flavor that makes them irresistible! Besides just eating them straight out of the bag, they are perfect for making s'more and for baking. They make awesome s'mores - the marshmallows char beautifully over a fire and get splendidly ooey-gooey and squish wonderfully between graham crackers or cookies (or my personal favorite - Trader Joe's Brownie Crisps!). I also look forward to dunking them in hot chocolate when the weather eventually cools down and making crispy treats with them.
Protip: Make s'mores with Trader Joe's Marshmallows and
Trader Joe's Brownie Crisps - it's pure, decadent perfection!
Another great thing are the simple ingredients used to make these. These marshmallows only have seven ingredients: tapioca syrup, cane sugar, water, tapioca starch, carrageenan, soy protein, and natural vanilla flavor.

ReplyDeleteHow would you say these compare to the Dandies marshmallows? I like those, but they always seem to be a bit stale.
ReplyDeleteI've heard others say they like them better than Dandies! Funny thing is, I believe Dandies actually makes these for Trader Joe's!
DeleteI miss marshmallows so much! I'm totally putting in a iHerb order for some Dandies so that they'll be waiting for me when I next swing through the UK.
