The Shining Exhibit at The Mystic Museum
The Bearded Lady's Mystic Museum in Burbank, California is hosting a Shining-inspired exhibit now through May 2018, featuring over 50 pieces of art inspired by the horror novel and films as well as set re-creations of The Overlook Hotel. I finally made it over to the exhibit after attending Vegan Street Fair (read my recap), and I couldn't wait to immerse myself in the world of The Shining!
Tickets for the exhibit are $10 and the exhibit is located in the back rooms of The Mystic Museum. I've been to several exhibits at The Mystic Museum (most recently the Ben Cooper / Slashback Video exhibit last fall - check that out HERE!), and they are always fantastic events that are lovingly curated. They take so much care in transforming their space to reflect the theme of the exhibits, and the art inspired by the themes is always incredible.
The Shining exhibit was no different, and it really blew me away with its detail and how the Museum was transformed into The Overlook Hotel. There were plenty of set-ups for fun photo ops and rad art to enjoy. Photography is encouraged at the Mystic Museum, so I took plenty of pictures so I could share my visit with you. Check out The Shining exhibit and art show below:
You can shop the artwork of this exhibit, as well as other spooky products sold at the Bearded Lady's Mystic Museum on their online store.
If you are in the Southern California area, I highly recommend you check out the Bearded Lady's Mystic Museum - you can keep up with their events by following them on Facebook and Instagram!
Until next time, stay spooky!

We had the pleasure of attending this past weekend! It was an incredible experience. They really improve more and more with each exhibit and have taken everything to another level in their new space. Great post and photos!
