About the Spook Show from the official press release:
Spook Show is an annual Halloween festival that features over 100 curated local vendors, artists, collectors, teachers, spook makers, hauntrepreneurs and musicians for like-minded Halloween enthusiasts.
Coming on its 6th annual celebration, Spook Show started with a simple mission: facilitate an outdoor-gathering where local Southern Californian businesses and fellow enthusiasts may come share their penchant for the macabre and support the local community. The Spook Show festival was tightly embraced, and a word-of-mouth-like-sharing spell spread in alerting fellow ghouls and freaks to come recreate, sell, exhibit, shop, taste, listen, frolic and celebrate the unique culture inspired by the ancient Halloween tradition.
Event producer, Dora Alfaro states: "20th century Spook Shows were traditionally events that consisted of seances, magic shows and monsters, but Halloween Club's Spook Shows are a friendlier take on all that. For our 6th year we’re incorporating and re-envisioning some historical elements as well as some added surprises to make our spring festival a little spookier and more entertaining than prior years."
The 6th annual festival is expected to bring in even more bodies as the event continues to grow due to the grassroots approach practiced by Halloween Club and love from the local spooky community. Halloween enthusiasts can also celebrate the holiday everyday at their local Halloween Club costume superstore retail location.
In addition to Spook Show, the Halloween Club itself will host its biggest sale of the year with thousands of costumes, accessories, and decorations at discounted prices. I can't wait to explore the aisles and score some discounted items for the upcoming Halloween season!
The event is free, but you need to RSVP for free tickets before attending - you can do that HERE!
