Celebrate Halloween at Midsummer Scream this Weekend

UPDATE: Check out my recaps of the event for DAY 1 and DAY 2!

Midsummer Scream is a Halloween and horror convention and festival that will be held at the Long Beach Convention Center this weekend, July 29th and 30th! They will have spooky panels, classes, workshops, screenings, scare zones, vendors, artwork, and even a costume party aboard the Queen Mary! Are you going? I sure am and I cannot wait!

It is my second year attending (last year was a scream!) and I am most looking forward to doing some Halloween shopping, checking out some eerie artwork, walking through some of the mini haunts and scare zones, watching some scary short films, and attending presentations and performances where some of the biggest attractions in SoCal will unveil sneak peeks of their Halloween 2017 haunts. A few days ago I shared the the specific presentations, appearances, and performances I'm most excited about checking out - if you missed it, you can check it out HERE!

If you want to follow my spooky adventures while I'm at Midsummer Scream, I'll be posting on my Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook accounts, so be sure to follow along. I'll also do a full wrap-up of the event here, so keep your eyes peeled in the coming weeks!

Are you attending Midsummer Scream? If so, what are you looking forward to the most?

You can find more info on the event, including a full schedule plus lists of attractions, vendors, artists and more, on Midsummer Scream's website!

Tickets are still available, and you can purchase them HERE!

Stay spooky and scare ya there!
