13 Days of Creepmas: The Scariest Santas from Horror Movies

Last year I gave you my 20 favorite holiday horror movies (check 'em  out - #20-11 and #10-1), and (surprise, surprise) many of them feature a bad Santa Claus in the role of the the villain. So, this year I wanted to share with you the baddest and the scariest Santas from horror movies!

Check out the creepiest, evilest Santa Clauses (or characters who dressed up as them) from the films below:

Rare Exports: A Christmas Tale

 Santa's Slay

"And All Through the House" from 1972's Tales from the Crypt

"And All Through the House" from 1989's Tales from the Crypt

Christmas Evil

Cuento de Navidad (A Christmas Tale)

P2 (I couldn't resist including the yummy Wes Bentley in a Santa suit)

 Santa Claws

 Silent Night Deadly Night

 Silent Night Deadly Night 2

 Silent Night (remake)

Sint (aka Saint)

To All a Goodnight

Yamaguchi Yudai's short The Present

Santa Claus - ok, this isn't a horror movie and Santa is more odd
than scary, but, this whole weird 1950's movie is creepy!

Who is your favorite bad Santa?

  2. I just watched 'Rare Exports' and I LOVED it. Also I'm a big fan of 'Christmas Evil'. And 'Santa Claus' (the Mexican Santa vs. Satan film is a great one). I have the Mystery Science Theater version and it's hilarious.

  3. Oh, how I adore Wes Bentley. I wish he'd do more, he's the quintessential tall, dark and handsome for me! I'm going to check out P2 now :)
