World Market always has rad stuff for Halloween and gets it out relatively early, so when I visited a store over Labor Day weekend I was disappointed to find that there were no Halloween items yet on shelves! However, I visited again just yesterday and am happy to report that they are finally stocking Halloween products.
Last year, their line of Frankenstein merch flew off the shelves, and I'm happy to report they brought it back this year and even expanded upon it! Now they have Frankenstein soda, plates, mugs, platters, notebooks, and much more! I wish they would also do other Universal monsters, but I suppose the licensing with Universal is pretty pricey.
They also have a wonderful selection of Dia de los Muertos plates, toys, cups, serving trays, decorations, mugs, and so on that are pretty neat!
The rest of their selection is a fun mix of vintage Halloween (they even have old school spirit aka Ouija boards complete with retro packaging), spooky snacks, "boo"ze, autumn decor, and other odds and ends.
I didn't get too crazy my first visit, but had a pretty decent Halloween haul from World Market. I picked up a lunch bag that has The Bride on one side (pictured below) and The Monster on the other side, Pumpkin Spice Fig Bars (yup, they are vegan!), Pumpkin Spice Chai Tea (vegan), Boo Chips (vegan), three cute little plates, and a really gorgeous bat kitchen towel! I had a 10% off coupon for my whole purchase, which helped some, too, though I'm sure I'll be back for more!
Have you visited World Market yet? What Halloween treasures have you picked up there?
If you don't have a World Market in your area, you can still order via their website!
Stay spooky, fiends!
